A Novel Approach to the Development and Formulation of L-Carnitine with Repaglinide (Antidiabetic) Effervescent Granule Powder.

Abstract

This work's focus is on creating effervescent tablets of l-carnitine and repaglinide utilizing a quick and easy method that involves combining all the constituents in granule powder form.
Carnitine is a medication that can be compressed directly. Wet granulation results in response loss; hence, the effervescent technique suggests that all the components should be combined in granule-powder form. In order to release carbon dioxide from these systems, sodium bicarbonate was added to their formulation. It takes a lot of work to create an effervescent repaglinide tablet. L-carnitine and repaglinide are used as active components in this study to create an effervescent powder. Patients with diabetes have benefited from this study. the ability to treat diabetes immediately.
