Management of the Myanmar Spectrum Frequency Allocation Plan

Abstract

This report will describe the development of a spectrum frequency allocation plan for Myanmar. As such, itincludes a definition of what is meant by “frequency allocation plan,” a description of elements to be consideredin frequency allocation planning, and recognition of factors that influence frequency allocation planning (alsoknown as “spectrum planning”). Consideration of the unique circumstances of Myanmar, both technological andsociological, is taken into account with the development of this plan. The change of government in 2021 has beena significant factor.
