Authors retain copyright and full publishing rights to their published works without restriction.
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Neurosurgery Academy and upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, preserve, and communicate the work in all formats and media, including but not limited to PDF, HTML, EPUB, XML, video, and other digital formats.
Authors may reuse, distribute, and archive their published work provided that the original publication in the Journal of Neurosurgery Academy is properly acknowledged.
The journal reserves the right to disseminate published articles, article metadata, abstracts, announcements, and related content through indexing services, repositories, social media platforms, and other scholarly communication channels.
Licensing Policy
The Journal of Neurosurgery Academy is an Open Access journal. All content is freely available immediately upon publication without charge to users or their institutions.
All articles published in the Journal of Neurosurgery Academy are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) .
Under this license, users may:

Videos and Supplementary Materials Policy
The Journal of Neurosurgery Academy encourages the publication of videos, images, multimedia files, and other supplementary materials that enhance the scientific and educational value of published articles.
Unless otherwise stated, all supplementary materials associated with an article, including surgical videos, procedural demonstrations, educational videos, figures, images, datasets, appendices, and multimedia content, are published under the same Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) as the associated article.
Videos may be embedded within article webpages and may also be hosted on external platforms, including YouTube, as part of publication and dissemination. Such hosting arrangements do not alter the copyright ownership or licensing terms applicable to the content.
