Abstract

The purpose of the current research is the methodical creation of the organizational behavior of the imaginary institution “X” in the system of grading and certifying higher education in the rising economy. The short-term goal is to improve the regional position of a private institution of Bangladesh, to get into the international rankings of Times Higher Education (THE) and Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), and to achieve the criteria of the Bangladesh Accreditation Council (BAC) within 10 years. Methods/design: Research productivity, academic innovation, international engagement, and digital infrastructure, the establishment of a Chief Data-Driven Strategy Office, a 10-year Key Performance Indicator (KPI) project implementation plan, stakeholder governance, risk management, green finance, and organizational development. They include faculty involvement, leadership, culture readiness, and change management & resistance mitigation. The findings imply that international rankings are associated with national certification objectives. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Industry – Data Science + Ethics of AI/Machine Learning (ML) Legitimacy and Employability of Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) Jobs and entrepreneurship are the priority everywhere. Trust in an organization is established via strategies such as democratic decision-making and information and incentive compatibility. They need to invest in international collaboration, digital infrastructure, recruitment of PhDs, and production-based performance standards. This is something that Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) need to address to create team collaboration and link the benefits to company goals. Social factors: Students may have the opportunity to travel the world and network, yet academic pressure and escalating tuition may be an issue. Adequate training should be provided for academicians. Originality/value: This idea harmonizes BAC requirements with international standards and indicates to aid policy makers in creating market institutions for worldwide tiered recognition.
