Effectiveness of Labor Management at Master Plannery, Puttur- A Case Study

Abstract
This article focuses on the effectiveness of labor management at Master Plannery, Puttur, a company that focuses on labor-centricity, which uses the strategy to specialize in housing and commercial projects. The effectiveness of the current labor management strategies was examined through a study. Through questionnaires and observation techniques, 100 workers provided data for the study, and information was gathered from the businesss during business hours. These variables are used to collect data on how employees are treated, politely recognized, the benefits and facilities offered to employees, training and motivation, the company’s handling of complaints, and policies pertaining to the health and welfare of employees. The analysis method incorporates both tabular and graphical representations and tests hypotheses using chi-square analysis. The results of the study showed how effective the labor management was.
